Refund policy

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.

To ensure we can assist you quickly, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Window

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery at lakelynnsdesigns@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

2. Return Shipping Window

Once your return is approved, you will have 3 days to ship the item back to us. Items shipped after this window may not qualify for a replacement or credit.

3. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all packaging

4. Resolution

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue either:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

  • Store credit if the item is out of stock
